ACM Again Named to Inc. 500

MINNEAPOLIS, MN (August 24, 2007) - ACM (ACM), a leading healthcare benefits management company, announced today its return to the high-profile Inc. 500 list of the fastest growing privately held companies in the U.S. for the second year in a row. Recording growth of 1,455.4% over the past three years placed ACM again among America's corporate elite.

Ranking #23 among the Top 100 companies by gross dollars of growth, ACM is also the only Minnesota company to land on Inc.'s list of the Top 100 companies by revenue. In the 2007 Inc. 500 list, ACM ranks 115 overall.

"We are very pleased that ACM has been named again to the Inc. 500 list," said Dave Willcutts, ACM's co-founder and Chairman of the Board. "As ACM celebrates its twelfth year of business, we thank our clients, partners, and employees for helping the company achieve this great honor, and we look forward to the opportunity to continue delivering innovative solutions to manage the growing healthcare spend."

When asked to comment on ACM's extraordinary growth, Willcutts is quoted in the September issue of Inc. magazine as stating, "The pipeline of biotech drugs that are infused and injected has been exploding." Most of these new pharmaceuticals require administration at home by a healthcare professional, which drives up expenses. ACM's business is to knock those expenses back down.

Since its inception in 1995, ACM has been providing systems, services, and provider networks to the nation's leading health plans. Today, ACM serves over 43 million lives, covering a wide range of ancillary and specialty healthcare products and services.

The full 2007 list is available now at www.Inc500.com. Top-ranking companies are profiled in Inc. magazine's September issue, hitting newsstands next week.
